US delivery
Delivery is free on orders of $100 or more. Orders under $100 have a flat $15 delivery charge. We deliver to all 50 states.
Dispatch and timings
We aim to dispatch orders within one working day. Including that handling time, most orders arrive within 5 to 9 working days from the date you place the order, using a tracked courier. Our toys ship from warehouses in the United States. Alaska, Hawaii and remote addresses can take a little longer.
Tracking
You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it to your door. See Track Your Parcel for help.
